Meet Bill & Christine
Meet Grandpa Bill & Grandma Christine, the beloved couple behind Dragon Palace. Long-time residents of Chetwynd, BC, they’ve been proudly serving the community since 1988. Bill, a lifelong cook, has honed his craft across Hong Kong, the U.S., and Canada, bringing a wealth of flavors to every dish. Christine, a former Cantonese opera actress, infuses the restaurant with her artistic flair, creating an atmosphere as rich and welcoming as the food. Together, they’ve made Chetwynd their home and are dedicated to sharing their love of great food with the community.
